I’ve never had an experience with hypnosis, but I totally believe in it. I think it might not be on your first try that you can actually get someone to completely hypnotize you, but if someone can tap into your brain and re-wire it (so to speak), then you would have a different attitude about weight loss that could make it work! I think it’s definitely worth a try. Honestly, most important thing though is to eat healthy and exercise, there’s really no way around it. Hope this helps!

I am following a course of hypnosis of Igor Ledochowski. and it’s surely help. I just begin it aver a month ago but really got some noticeable result.
PS: I put the review with clearly explain many things at the source for your further reading.
I’ve never used it for weight loss, but it worked for studying less and making better grades.
It’s all in being able to go down into what they call Alpha Brainwave Frequencies.
Going into Alpha is basically getting as relaxed as you can get. Alpha is that "floaty" feeling you have when you first wake up in the morning.
What ever you program ( imagine and tell yourself to do ) while in Alpha, as a great chance of manifesting in your "outside" world.
