The weight loss problem in the United States is out of control. The technology that heavy people should use to lose weight with is hypnosis weight loss.  Weight loss with hypnosis requires a set method of attack.

We are at a critical point in this nation with the health crisis.  A large portion of the health care crisis is skyrocketing costs.  Costs are so high because people are becoming sicker and sicker.  Much of the sickness and disease in the U.S. is a result of overeating of the wrong types of food and lack of exercise.  Obesity is the result of eating too much food and not moving enough.  The only way to completely attack and win with weight loss and finally lose the weight you want is to first control your own eating behaviors and fitness behaviors.  The end result of not taking positive action with our own personal health will continue to look bleak.  Not only will our economy continue to suffer from rising health care costs, but our health and quality of life will suffer too.

Misconceptions revolve around weight loss with hypnosis and it’s use for behavior change. In order for hypnosis weight loss to be work, on must focus on the behaviors that have caused the problem. Negative, self-defeating behaviors must stop and change to behaviors that solve the problem.

Weight loss with hypnosis represents a scientific and proven approach to make positive change permanent. The first step is to target behaviors you want to stop.  As an example, if you want to reduce your eating frequency, first make note of those times that you want to continue to eat, and the times when you go without food. Our example continued… it’s OK to eat during lunch and dinner, but you must avoid eating while at work, or while watching TV.

Step 2 is to isolate those times in your mind when you’d rather not eat, like while in front of the TV.  Using a good weight loss with hypnosis program, will put you into a trance state and you’ll use your imagination in a much more effective way.  For example you would imagine yourself being able to watch TV comfortably without the need for food.  Then during that imagined time you would see yourself eating and you would link up that behavior with a very uncomfortable feeling. Through weight loss with hypnosis the uncomfortable feelings could be intensified to the point where you’ll always now do whatever it takes to avoid eating while watching TV.

A weight loss with hypnosis mp3 or audio can help you with hypnotism weight loss automatically.  These types of audio hypnosis programs work either while you sleep or are awake and powerfully reprogram out negative behaviors and replace them with new more positive outcomes.

Using a weight loss with hypnosis system is one of the ways to help us with our personal health and assist in the end of  the nation’s health care crises when used in a responsible way.

With exercising and healthy eating, do dieting pills really work to help lose weight?

Saturday, December 31st, 2011

I am a member of a gym and I work out regularly, and I do eat healthy. But I feel like I’m not losing weight very fast. I know it takes time to see results, but I want to know if dieting pills (like quick trim or something over the counter like that) will help me lose weight faster? And if so, what brands would you recommend?

Thank you!

How does infection cause weight loss? ?

Starting sunday i ate a lot of food at aparty and didnt gain anything, and its slowly decreasing. not dieting or anything. The infection is somewhere in my urinary tract or gall bladder i believe. It mighit even be an std. Why does infection cause weight loss no matter what you eat?

I dont have a fever though. always below 99 and above 98.
i mean i used to eat even something small and gain weight, no mattter what i eat. Now as of sunday the day i woke up really hurting in my pelvis i still eat and drink like normal and i dont gain weight but i lose weight little by little each day. Havnt changed anything.

How do you get a reluctant Doctor to prescribe weight loss medications?

Wednesday, July 20th, 2011

I am 5ft2 and almost 200 pounds. I have a hard time losing weight through excersise because I have severe Fibromyalgia. I eat a very good diet of 1,000 calories a day but although I am not gaining I am not losing either. My doctor says he doesnt like to prescribe any weight loss meds to anyone. I do not want to go see another doc because this current one is so good with my other illnesses and it is in my contract that if i see anyone else, he will not see me anymore. What do I do?? Help!
Ive decided to add some more on this post to thank you all so far for your input and helpful advice. I have a Response for "M’s" question. Most doctors who deal exclusively with pain management will have their patients sign this sort of contract. It pretty much just means that since they are handaling all of the intricate specifics of your unique case that it would not be benificial and would cause much confusion to bring in other doctors without his permission first. If you, the patient wish to see a different doctor than your pain management doctor , you are more than welcome to a second opinion or whatever you are seeking but it is in your primary pain management care providers discretion to see you or to (more than likely ) not to see you as a patient again. Thanx for listening and responding.

I am a fairly active mother of two, and I am having issues losing weight. I work out every day for about an hour, and I work as a waitress, so I’m on my feet for 6-8 hours a day. I have really hit a wall on weight loss and I would like to try something to get the weight off fast. I eat healthy and in small portions, and I drink lots of water. I am healthy, except for the weight. What weight loss pill would you recommend?
