I have a very depressed, unhappy side to me which is my depression and my true nature which is really bubbly, goofy and care free. I want to get rid of the depression and be my true self all the time. Can I be hypnotized to forget the things that make me unhappy and depressed?

Saturday, July 2nd, 2011I was recently at a hypnosis show in las vegas. Turns out my friends dared me to participate. I dont remember much of that day. My friends say i was lying about stuff, forgetting to count, forgetting my name, flirting with random guys and w.e. It was fun. One thing though. after the show apparently when my friends said the name of the hypnotist "andy kreger" I Forget everything that happened atleast 20 minutes before that. I only know this because my friends filmed me…I saw a 10 minute video of me chatting with my friends that i dont remember. This is mega creepy its been a week now. some people recommended drinking honey but nothing has worked. Please someone help me get rid of this PLZ!

Can a hypnotist make you forget most of the session?
Sunday, June 26th, 2011I was listening to a hypnosis recording while sitting on my couch, and after I got quite relaxed and into what you might call a trance, I hear the hypnotist say, "Now, you’re going to do something for me. You’re going to…", then all the sudden I hear him say "3. And why don’t you just take a big yawn. 2. You’re completely refreshed. 1. You’re awake." I opened my eyes and realized that over 35 minutes had passed in what felt like 5 minutes. So is this normal, did the hypnotist suggest that I forget the session, or did I just fall asleep?
I played back the recording and at one point he says, "Now you’re going to clear your thoughts of my suggestions, but when you need them, they will be as clear as can be." I can’t believe I didn’t think of playing back the tape. I’m stupid. lol.
