I try not to complain and just get over it but it still continues. my aunt is a hypnotist and i was wondering if i should ask her to hypnotize me for those reasons and if it anyone has heard of this working?

Wednesday, November 10th, 2010I don’t know what’s happened to me! I was just laying in bed and thinking (I’m in London and its 11:30pm here) just 2 years ago I was so sexy.. I don’t want to sound vain but everyday guys asked for my numbers, I had the perfect body! an I just became very depressed, I formed social phobia, anxiety ect and gained 4 stone.. Now I just look wow.. nasty.. absolutely horrible, I have rolls on my back, loads of stretch marks, very fat arms that are soft horrible skin, and I just hate my self! I have NO confidence in myself… I hate myself! :’(
Will I ever be sexy again, I am a 18 year old girl and I have loose skin on my arms, loads of white stretch marks on my arms and around my stomach ect 
If I do loose the weight could I look like I used to. will my saggy fat arms be toned, and will all the horrible stretch marks eventually go? :’(
I have gone to my last option, I saw a CD for weight loss hypnosis on the net, it cost and I brought it and I am praying to the lord for it to help me loose weight, I just can’t be motivated any more
Please answer me before I kill my self, thats what I feel like doing!

Sunday, August 15th, 2010I often try to relax while I’m listening to hypnosis audios but when I’m ‘told to imagine a certain thing I end up seeing nothing in my mind’s eye. I’m really trying to increase my confidence with hypnosis. It seems like I cant be hypnotized. What can I do to make it happen?
